Have resolved this problem but in doing so have found another problem. When I click on search and enter the first word of the programs title seem unable to leave a space before the next word and it will not accept two words together.Tried everything on the remote but cannot create a space,Annoying

Hi Andy Yes the figure 0 key creates a space now have a new problem when you enter a program title into the search bar you are limited to how many digits you can use so am unable to search for my program as it has too many digits. It works ok on the laptop.Seems crazy as anyone searching for a program which has too many digits will not find it.Not sure now who to try and contact Sony or Channel 5 or would there be someone else.Any ideas. Thanks

Surely it will try and find a match and list all titles with the first word or even part of it?
Have you tried searching on one word?

I'm quite sure if you read the user manuals for your equipment all will be explained.

Channel 5 does show this series so I am afraid I just presumed it would be available on Demand 5. maybe it is because it has only just started this next series. At least I now know how to create a space between the words as there is definitely no mention of that in the manual. But would it have been a question for Sony or Channel 5.I contacted Channel 5 two days ago but no reply.Anyway thanks to all for the advice
