How to turn off secondary audio program

Novice Member
I have the Samsung QN55Q6FAMF built in 2018. Since the summer some newer shows have had narration that we don't want. At the beginning of a show it says video description something something and settings can be changed via the TV's secondary audio program. The TV's setting for video description is gray and when clicked says the feature is not available. Samsung's chat wants me to reset the TV, but we have a Roku app for Spectrum that can't be re-installed so I don't want to do that.

I am not sure this problem is even from the TV. We use Roku with the Roku remote (not thru the TV) and the descriptions occur on some shows and movies on HBOMax, Spectrum (cable) and maybe other streaming services. The closest setting I can find on Roku is already off and when I turn it on a pretty awful computer-generated voice says what is going on in menus.

Any ideas on troubleshooting this?
