Anyone know how to do this?

Sick and tired of waiting 2mins for the tray to open everytime I want t watch a film.:thumbsdow

And any sign of a region hack for SD DVD?

Can't you just turn the machine on 2 minutes earlier than you would a DVD player that is 2 minutes quicker to come on than the E1?

That's what I do.
