How to simply convert ATV3 hdmi 60p to 24p ?

Hi ,

I would like an inexpensive device to perform the above task for ATV movies ie. not an expensive state of the art video processor. Is it possible?

Ok so there are no inexpensive devices to perform this on the fly ?

I have a Lumagen HDP , but I think it can only derive 24p from an interlaced input.

Then what about fully fledged video processors , are there any at all that can process 1080p60 to 1080p24 ?

interesting idea...i will ask Lumagen if they think they'd be able to do that.

As well as useful for ATV , it would hopefully enable Lovefilm HD instant streaming from a HDMI equipped PC/laptop to be watched at the correct frame rate.
