Hi,
I am looking to connect my headphones directly to a new 30-34in TV, this could be either by Bluetooth or direct cable connection , it should still allow sound for other viewers. I find the description of how to do this very confusing, have not bought new TV as I feel the choice will reflect how to connect headphones, can someone give me instructions for a specific smallish TV, I am computer literate but find the sound options baffling.
I am presently using TV ears and want to move away from them
Hopefully someone will take pity on me and help me, I Am in the Uk
Many thx
Peter

Welcome to the forum Peter.
I would stick to using wired headphones rather than Bluetooth as few TV's allow Bluetooth headphones and the use of the TV speakers at the same time.
Most modern TV's with a headphone socket will mute the internal speakers but I've found both Panasonic and Sony brands allow their use at the same time but do check this out on any models you are particularly interested in buying.
