How to replace screen motor

Novice Member
I have a Draper Premier electric screen that has been working fine for the last couple of years. Recently "up" has been failing intermittently, and is now completely stuck. The motor makes its usual humm, but doesn't turn. There's no slipping or grinding as far as a I can tell.

Am I right to assume that it's the motor, rather than the controller unit that has failed, and that it needs replacing?

What brand and size of motor do I need? I've seen Somfy LT50 mentioned on eBay.

How do I physically get at the motor? YouTube for other brands show the roller dropping down, but I don't think it will fit through the gap in my model. There's a hatch at the end but all it reveals is two screws.

Many thanks!
