I have recently bought a '51 ford focus & would like to replace the standard stereo. Can anyone tell me if I will need ford 'removal keys' (if that's the right termonology !!) to remove it or can it be done free hand, so to speak ?
    Thanks in advance. :smashin:

buy two removeval keys ( around £3) 2 pin keys ( they look like a coat hangesr bent round) insert keys ( one at each end) pullout pushing the keys slightly outwards hence pushing clips back. When stereo loose there are 3 plugs to remove push clips inwards and pullplugs out. Installing is reverse.

    Hope that helps.
