how to play 3gp mobile movies on windows pda

Does anyone know any secure software to download that will enable me to transfer 3pg movie files from my motorola handest to both my Dell Axim pda and my pc????

actually ive just noticed this is the version i have but when i open it i cannot locate movie files i have bluetoothed from my phone. any ideas???
