Hi,

I have a Samsung Q60 TV 2019 with a samsung soundbar Q700a and a nvidia shield 2017. This is my connetion schema:

  • TV HDMI ARC to the soundbar (Q60 don't have DTS/True/HD passthrough)
  • Nvidia Shield to HDMI Soundbar

All is working correctly, True Dolby Atmos inclusive (tested in Kodi), but in streaming APPs like disney plus I only know if its playing in dolby atmos because the little screen on soundbar shows "dolby atmos", but i don't found a way to see if it's playing DD+ 5.1, DTS, etc. Is there any way to know it?

At first I have the TV connected to the soundbar, and I Knew when playing DD+ because TV show DD+ and not PCM

I wish it would too. Really annoying. Most Receivers show DTS etc. I know it isn't a receiver but it should still show what its currently decoding.
