how to i set up my dvd for recording onto vhs?

Hey i guys, i know this can be done, i had it done before. Now i got a new tv and forgot how i had it hooked up. I just simply want to record whats playing on the dvd onto VHS through my vcr. Any connection explanations would be greatly appreciated.

You will need either a DVD Player with no macrovision or a macrovision remover scart cable.

You just hook your DVD Player into your VHS Machine, put the VHS Machine onto the correct channel and record, but if you dont remove the macrovision the copy will be useless as the macrovision will make the picture unwatchable.
