how to get sendsong?

i have cydia but i cant get installer.app anymore but i really want that sendsong app for ringtone mngt.

anyone know how else i can obtain it?

ok i have managed to find it just the foler with the application inside so now i need to install it manually via ssh ftp . can someone confirm where to put it . a website says root/application s?
