How to delete mp4 video on vista

[NFL Crazy]

A so called 'friend' sent me a mp4 video file and it played fine BUT i dont want to keep it and i can not delete it even in safe mode and i am the administrator and no one else uses my computer.
When i try to delete it i get 'YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO DELETE/MOVE/COPY THIS FILE'

So please help - how do i get rid of it without paying a small fortune ??

Try using a file unlocker such as This (found via a Google search).
