Hi,
I need the contact address of Samsung global/international, as i can't find it anywhere online, preferably an email. I want to file a complaint against Samsung Egypt.
The website always redirects me to chose a specific country and mine won't ever help, they're actually the cause of the problem!
Samsung Egypt is a nightmare! In the first 14 days of the return policy i discovered several defects like backlight bleeding, clouding and dirty screen effect!
The customers service is horrible! Just terrible! They kept staling me for over a week promising every single day of a technician visit to write a report to the management and they will then decide if it's defective or not!
The worst thing is that THEY DON'T HAVE A RETURN POLICY!
They just want to replace it if their technician ever visited me and reported that it's defective which i highly doubt after a circle of everyday lies and extreme unprofessionalism!
Please help as soon as possible as i'm running out of the 14 days for returns.
