I'm making a set of Cat5 cables and need to connect some of them to spade terminals so i can connect them to my rear speakers. I''ve got the spades but i have no idea how i am supposed to connect them. The spades look like this

The Cat5 cable is a bit to stiff to wrap arounnd so not sure what to do really.

Soldering would be your best bet, but I suspect that if you had the wherewithal to do that, you would have gone and done it by now :).

Other than that, I think you need to find some spade terminals with screw down connections, or 4mm plugs if your speakers are compatible.
