Hi there. I own a Samsung TV #UN50H6350 with the updated software. TV is about eight years old
I started using the Prime TV app that is on the TV and that app worked great however now the app
will not load and the other apps seem slower. I do have a very strong wifi connection to the TV and
my newer Samsung TV's do not seem to be having this issue

Is there a way to clear cache and history on this model TV as I think that could help speed the apps
up. Any other suggestions would be appreciated



funnily enough i was looking for something similar a few weeks ago for an even older samsung tv :)
I cant rememeber where i read it , but i think a hard power off was the solution
there was nothing in the menus that i can recall
