My manual Stewart greyhawk screen is now 3 - 4 years old and has never been cleaned. It appears to have ingrained dust and tiny insects that have been squashed within the roller mechanism.
Also the tab tension needs tightening on the bottom 1/4 of both sides... There are a couple of lumps ands ripples which can be made to disappear by pulling slightly on the cables to add tension. Obviously I need to take up the slack somehow.
So, how do I safely clean the surface of the screen without spoilng the optical coating, and how can I adjust the tab tension?
Thanks
