How to add ITV HD

Can someone please guide me through how to add ITV HD have seen threads on this topic, but i cant seem to be able to get it. I have the new EPG would welcome anyones advice.

Cheers , it worked atreat using the youtube, now just need to try and programme it into harmony one, thats for another thread. tried but number is so long it jumps to other channels

You can't use the channel number to access it (10510)

I saw the easiest shortcut on another thread earlier, just programme a new Harmony activity (ITV HD) with Services - 9 - 5 - Select - Select
