How oftem do you use your AMP or system?

I use mine all day long and if I have not got the TV on I have the PC and Radio on it.

I use a Harmony remote and whatever source I switch on, the receiver also comes on. TV speakers haven't been used for God alone knows how long.

My AMP is hooked up to my PC and Xbox (360) so when I'm not working it's on all the time.
