I am not sure I want to sell it was just considering it. I only play on the machine for Pro Evouloution 2 and the 3rd version will be out in August.
I think my playstation 2 is worth £200 minimum that is £10 a game and £100 for machine with 2 pads, steering wheel and memory card.

IMO (so don't take this as any more than a rough guess from a lay-person)

The ps2 stuff is worth about £220-£240. That's with about £15 per game (£10 per platinum game); ps2 @ £100; wheel at £30. That's what I'd want if I was selling it and if was buying it, I'd be happy with that kind of price

GC - I'd say about £130. Again, I'm pricing the games at about £15 with cheaper titles at £10. Console (in good condition) should be worth about £60 IMO

Whatever you do, don't take it to somewhere like Game and sell it there. If you did, you'd be lucky to walk out with £100 for both units IMO.

Took the words out of my mouth;)

Try advertising it in your local ad paper (buy\sell etc.) I got £200 for my cube and 4 games, not that long ago. Most of the time its parents buying them for their childrens birthdays etc. And they havent a clue about what they cost. (im not really a bad person;) )
Just remember to write what u paid 4 it, and they'll think "That sounds like a good deal":D

Some good advice :) Don't try and trick people though, because you may be dealing with someone who knows a lot about the industry. Honestly state how much you paid, and when, and that the unit still costs £169 on the high street.

The PS2 is due for a price drop pretty soon IMO(to bring it in line with Europe's recent drop) So sell it quickly :D

As for the Cube, its price seems to be pretty solid now. I don't think it will be reduced any time soon. Practically all of the ridiculous bargains have ended now and the price is steady at £130 with the Game Boy Player.

Thank you all for your comments. I might keep the consoles because although I don't play on my playstation 2 I will play it once Pro Evouloution 3 is out so selling the machine now with all the games for £230 or whatever I will only buy it again for £150 plus £40 for the game I want.

I was thinking of selling the machine because I am not working at the moment but should have a job next week hopefully and I have a credit card bill of £580 to pay. I live at home and dont have any other bills to pay but I also wanted to buy some dvd films. I dont play on the consoles but I find when I sold my consoles before I missed them but when I have poissesion of the consoles I never play them.
