How much is a second hand Panasonic digibox worth?

    A friend has asked to buy my Panasonic digibox (latest version) off me, as I have replaced it with Sky+. What would be a reasonable amount to ask for. He's a good friend, so I'm just looking for a fair price.

    try looking on ebay or yahoo auctions to see what they're going for.

    U should keep it for yourself because when they install Sky + u will have a quad LNB and by running the extra cables u can have the 2 boxes working. Get a FTV BBC1 card and u are set for the future when analogue dies.

    From the BBC site

    "If you just want the BBC channels (and the other free-to-view channels) you need to call us to get a free satellite viewing card for your set-top box. The number to call is 0870 243 8000 between 8:30am and 11pm daily"

    I did this and it is definitely the way to go in my book. I get about 20 odd channels for free.

    What info do they ask for when you apply for a BBC card.
    Ie serial no etc?
