Hi, I thought it would be interesting to know how much people have spent on their cars, I know a few people that have spent quite a bit.....

So, how much have you spent?!

    N.B. £1 is about $2 (near enough).

I put £2000-5000, but this is all factory fit stuff in the present car and totalled £2600.
It gives me a really nice user interface, oem look and livable sound but could have got the same or better sound by spending about £500 on aftermarket stuff.

I have spent about £1500 on the stuff in my car and had planned to spend about another £2000 including a couple of screens in the headrests and a new DVD head unit....but never bothered

I am happy with it as it is ...it is a very clear and controlled sounding set up without being too loud or having any 'boomy' bass.
