how many times?????

    How many times do I have to change a faulty phone before I can demand a replacement of a different phone??? I am on contract with orange with a motorola v3, I am on the third one now and orange refuse to replace with a different model, should this third phone go wrong surely I should be able to demand a different phone

    would be interested in your views on this

    From memory it's after 3 times.

    When I was with Orange last time round I had 3 x faulty SE T68i.

    Now I'm back with Orange if I get any dramas I just ring/email the Executive Office. :smashin:

    I was told by Orange that it had to be three times with the same fault!
    I had the original SPV, which was rubbish, but it kept on going wrong with different issues, so just had to keep on accepting replacements rather than a different phone.
