    Small bit of useless information.....

Managed to press the shiny button 1034 times last Sunday afternoon between 1330 and 1730.

Can I claim a record...thats one picture every 13.925 seconds for four hours.... :D

    More useless info....

Just passed 10,000 shots in total......counter has gone back to zero, but now on folder number 200.

Anyone guess my subject or location....should be quite easy... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

4500 since I got the 20D back in March.

I don't actually take the camera out with me that much. Thats why my count is so low :)

1034 pictures... RAW would mean 8Gb jpg would mean 3Gb. So you were either shooting jpg or you had a laptop /storage device with you at the hmm air show?

Nice day...good conditions so jpeg. Pics of aircraft in the sky are normally of a lower file size than ground shots with busy backgrounds, so they all fitted on 1x 1gig and 2x 512 cards.. :smashin:
    Typical shot around 1.5 meg

I've 4 gigs of CF cards, so could take approx 2000 air shots in jpeg.

Still processing pics from May.....

Got over 1000 to 'Photoshop' even before I get to those, and I'm expecting to snap another 1000+ tomorrow... :D

It will give me something to do on those long, dark airshowless winter nights

About 300 on DSLRs over 10 months. I only take shots if I think they will make a worthy photo....thus the low number for me. Think I was scarred by film ;)

A great deal of my stuff is testing lenses and just learning about exposure ect.

I always take my camera out with me when i'm going out though, and i just love taking photos

Breeson shot 3 rolls of film before breakfast every day of his photographic life. God knows what it would have been if digital would have been about.

Are these all planes you have not shot before mate, or are you duplicating stuff you already have?
