I'm looking at swapping my Sony 760 for a plus box as they seem to be making the same money second-hand. I don't have the movie package but may get it soon.

I do watch quite a few box office movies though.

How many movies are broadcast in 5.1? Is it mainly box office?

i had a sony 760 box and sold it here to buy a sky+ box, i only had the family package and no movie channels, but since sky premiere started the 5.1 broadcasts ive added that to my package. Im now watching more films than i was before.
As for how many, im sure you can go through your sky guide and press the info button, it will tell you there.

Since June 3rd Sky have been broadcasting Sky Movies in widescreen format. Premier1, 2 & 3 carries the Dolby Digital soundtrack and most of the latest films to be shown on these channels are in DD5.1.

They are not easily identifiable - you'll have to pres 'i' and check the top right corner to see if WS & DD are shown - otherwise it will be in Dolby Surround.

    Hope this helps.
