What SSD and controller/adaptor are you using?

I've no issues with my Crucial 2TB SATA SSD via the StarTech SATA to USB 3.1 adaptor (Cable SATA to USB with UASP - SATA 2.5' - Drive Adapters and Drive Converters | United Kingdom).
Before the above, I also had no issue using a SanDisk Ultra II SATA SSD via the StarTech 3.0 adaptor.
It’s this one and I’m just using the cable that came with it …..

Any idea on who or what make of adapter you are using?
The Crucial drive is an MX of course but what model (my 2TB is an MX500)?

I don't think the drive will be an issue though it's worth checking if there are any firmware updates on the Crucial site (but this will mean having to format and flash via a PC then reconfigure for the Xbox), more likely the adaptor may be the issue.

People usually advise using the Sabrent or Startech adaptors as they are dependable.
