    Hi all

I have reported a problem with my month old TV to my online retailer.

They sent an engineer after one week I reported the problem

And now after another week of wait, they say they still awaiting a report from the engineer

    Are they fooling around?

How long is it acceptable for me to wait....?

    waht should I do?

If the engineer looked at and/or repaired the TV in your own home then he should have filled out the report in his van as soon as he left you or at the end of his visit while sitting on your sofa. Certainly, this is what has always happened with engineers that have visited me in the past (Curry's, Comet, etc). However, if the TV was taken away for examination and diagnosis, then it usually takes longer.

Depends on what the engineer says.

    What is the fault?
