How long for Sky complaints to respond?

    Due to having endless faulty boxes and pathetic customer service, I sent a complaint letter in to sky as well as an email about 4 weeks ago but still no reply. I know they will be very very busy with all the problems they have, but anyone know how long it usually takes?? i cant take much more off them.

    Very quickly if you email Murdoch's Sky secretary (public domain availability) and tell them the problem along with the fact that you've requested a chargeback from your card issuer (only if purchased within the last 6 months due to chargeback time limits).

    I sent a complaint email on Friday and Saturday and received a response to each within 24hours. It wasn't about a technical issue so maybe that is why they were faster.
