How long do lcd rptvs last?

    Hi all i just purchased an lcd panasonic tv and was wondering how long they typically last? (not the bulb)

    Do Panasonic make LCD RPTVs? I don't recall seeing one.

    If you mean a Panasonic LCD TV (not Rear Projection but direct view) then the answer is several tens of thousands of hours for the bulb, and indefinitely* for everything else.


    * In other words - as long as any bit of electronics without any moving parts. 7 years? 15 years? Who knows?

    yes panasonic does make lcd rptvs the link above shows the one i have but sorry i will post this in the tv section
