Something ive noticed over the last few weeks in the reporting in the press and the rhetoric coming form the US is the anti Iranian rhetoric is starting to get ramped up. Plenty of reporting on Iranian military activities in Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Afghanistan. The nuclear programme and ballistic missiles seem to be creeping back into the news even though Iran has been keeping to the terms of last years agreements.
Yemen especially seems to be getting plenty of attention even though the Iranian influence there is incredibly limited. The ironic thing there was a piece quoting a Saudi general about wanting to limit Irans influence. After what the Saudis have done the last few years I think they may want to look at themselves!!!!
So the question is are we being brainwashed into now accepting Iran as public enemy No 1? Its been well known that the US would love to see regime change there and the Israelis and Saudis would probably be only too happy to help. Are taking the first steps into the inevitable conflict that again may plunge the Middle East into further chaos?
