I suffer from social anxiety and depression and honestly I have loved lockdown, I have never felt so relaxed within myself.

I manage a Charity shop and since the announcement that shops could re open June 1st my anxiety and stress has come back thinking about it. I have to get 2 buses and 4 trains on my round trip to work (Live in London), to then work in a tiny shop where you cannot social distance, going through peoples dirty clothes.

I don't think I can do it, but need the money. Am hoping I can find a job before then but not much about.
I've been furloughed for another 8 weeks!

Yep,but been like that since i was a child
How truly sh*te- I really feel sorry you.

I think even my dogs are fed up with me and not getting to socialise with anyone other than me.

The excitement displayed by them, when the postman arrived with the parcel, made me feel a bit miffed! πŸ˜‚

Well your not on your own pal, you may not be able to see me. But I listen and talk to you. Always up for new friends, I dont care if you green, with orange ears ").

So whats happening theses days?

are you not allowed to even go out for walks?

Best time when it's going dark, if you need to shop go late when its going dark there no one around. Feels more safer tbh

I'm shielding and high risk but have been going out for a walk about 8pm each night, for the sake of my sanity. This is a real struggle mentally and it's taking it's toll.

I've noticed my wife has been struggling the past few weeks due to the the lockdown and everything that has happened recently so I took her to see her dad today, social distancing adhered to of course.

She's had to self isolate from the start of the lockdown and has only been out to drop the daughter to work in the car and for her mother's funeral so it has been hard.

I'm glad I took her to see him and its perked her up a little.

I've been saying I don't want the lockdown eased until safe to do so but it is definitely very difficult to know what is best for people who are struggling mentally.

I hope anyone who feels down has enough support around them.

Take care everyone.
