Hi all,

We have 3 user accounts on our windows 7 laptop and ive logged into my account today and found that my touchpad has been disabled somehow. I can use the windows key and the tab key etc but the pointer will not move no matter what i try to do.

How has this happened and how do i fix it?

Kind regards Mark

my laptop has a shortcut that switches it off eg Fn and F7 on mine. You sure you have not pressed it by accident

There might be a small button to toggle it on/off. Maybe between the touchpad & the space bar.

What make & model is it?

Thank you for everyones input but ive managed to solve the problem by finding a USB mouse and using it to enable the touchpad
