How fast is HumaxRW?

I've got about 140GB of content on the HDD in my PVR9200T - I'm going to connect both it and the HDD from my new PVR9200TBX to the IDE chain in my PC and run a humaxrw -b to copy all the content across.

Does anyone know how long the actual copy is likely to take? As in, do I need to schedule 24 hours during which I don't want to record anything, or will it all be done in 20 minutes - in which case I'll do it before Micro Men starts tonight!

To answer my own question, in case anyone else needs to know - it took about 1hr 15mins to transfer 150GB from the old disk to the new one. Went perfectly - all my old shows are now on the 9200TBX, and I've still got 57% free.
