    I have just bought an Ikea blackout blind 200 x 195 for my new Infocus 4805 "still in box".
    2 things I need to know at 200cm across what would be the drop I need to get a true 16:9 picture and how far "minimum as its going in the loft" .from the floor should it be . I don't want to fit the blind the find its too near the floor to get the right picture.
    Come on all you people with loft conversion's I know your out there :lease: .

    1: 112.5 CM down (but then you have the decision on wether you want to have a small border or not)...

    2: From the floor, I would say as long as you can see the full picture over your feet, you cant really go wrong :thumbsup:

    Owey:

    Please let us know how the Ikea blackout performed.
    How is the picture quality you are getting?
    I also have an IF4805 for which I am screen searching.
    Thanks;
    Aldo

    Just watched Alien Vs Predator on the Ikea blind Great picture, :smashin: for £20.00 you can't go wrong. The only thing thats missing is the black surround. Aldoguido if you want some pic's send me your email and I will forward them to you, as the ones I have taken are to big to upload. overall It depends how serious you are about your setup and right now, hols coming up £20.00 Ikea blind, £300.00 proper screen, no need to think about it the Ikea blind wins, "for now anyway" will have to have a few demo's before I spend £300.00 on a screen.
