Just out of interest.. How effective is the 'screen saver' (scrolling white bar) at fixing burns.

Say you left something on the screen which actually marked the phosphor, can the screensaver actually fix it??

How long would you have to run it for?

Has anyone actually had a 'burn' which they have removed??

Any info on this is appreciated.

Jon

out of habit i run the screen wash the white scroll bar at the end of each day for about 5 mins for even wear on the screen, ive never had any burn or after image
