I want to swap my old digibox for a newer model possibly sky+.I only have free to air channels .Is it possible to get an engineer to change the settings to the new box.I previously tried my existing viewing card in a secondry pace box but i couldnt receive any channels.

you do not need an engineer just call sky and ask them to pair your card to your new box.
if you want sky+ then that is different you need to pay for the recording functions and you also need 2 cables from the dish connected to a quad LNB.
