How do you fancy a resolution of 4096 x 3072? That's Wobulation!!!

    Nothing new about that technology. Canon made a DSLR that moved the image sensor around to increase the resolution. Inevitably, these attempts to sidestep the resolution problem fall by the wayside as better production methods reduce the cost of higher resolution chips.

    Still, I think it will be a good few years before you can get a projector with a native resolution of 4096 x 3072 for the cost of a Sanyo Z3...That's what this technology is promising in the near future.
