How do you enable progressive scan on Pan S97?

Hey there guys,

I posted a message about an hour ago, I couldn't get the progressive output to enable, but sorted in the end.

With regard to firmware updates, how do you perform these, do you have to unzip the files then place them onto a CD, or do you just copy the entire zip across to the CD and the player unzips it?

Its OK I sorted it, typical Panasonic, having to enable it in 2 menu's, it was the same on the Panasonic S75 that I had...
