How Do You Connect the PHILIPS HTS3357 to An Xbox 360?...

    ...and when you switch your tv on does the surround come on or do you have to switch on the surround sound?

    i think the only way,is with the 2 phonos(red/white),which would give stereo,or at best a pseudo surround mode,if you could pick effects,with the surround system.
    and yes,you have to switch on the unit for it to pass the sound through.

    i dont think the philips has an optical input,so you would have to use the red/white cables that are on the xbox component lead.
