How do you check Firmware version on Panasonic AE700

As per the title, how do you check it, read the manual ( probably too quickly ) and didn't see how to find it.

Anyone help me?

Go to the Option menu screen, highlght Option and hold down button on the remote until the Ext Option menu appears. Go to Self Check and the firmware version should be listed.
