how do i use my applications on my k700i

I have downloaded something to help clear the"noise" on the photos on my k700i but it whent in to other instead of applications now i do not no how to use it.The other file dose not give me the option of opening it or sending it to other than a new folder i make.What is this bt that i have read about? can anyone help??? thanks
