Can someone tell me how do I tell the difference between B&W M1 mk1 vs mk2?

Or is it known as series 1 and series 2?

The mesh cover covers the top and bottom of the mk 2. It only covers the face of the Mk 1

The original M-1’s have Gloss finish compared to Matt finish on their replacements.
