How do I safely remove masonry dust from my TV screen?

Hello everyone,

I would be very grateful for any advice you can offer on my situation.

Some work needed doing on the concrete path outside my front door involving cutting into it with a power saw. The workman initially neglected to close my front door and a thick layer of masonry dust ended up covering everything in my living room, including the screen of my 50" LCD television.

Does anyone know how I am going to be able to remove this layer of dust without scratching the TV screen? Although powdery in texture I presume this dust is made up of thousands of coarse particles from the concrete path.

It seems to have adhered to the screen strongly as it doesn't budge when I blow on it, so not sure if compressed air is going to help and would appreciate any back up suggestions.

Many thanks,

Vintage
