I have tried to make an icon in my internet explorer favourites folder, but it states I can only use icon files.
I have a DTS bitmap and want to use it in my favourites folder but I do not know what type of file to save it as in paint shop pro.

    Any idea's?

    Thanks

One solution would be to use a dedicated Icon-painting/drawing program.
They do exist and some are shareware.
Then you could paste in your original and it should offer to save it as an ICO file.

    Thanks Chris

I found a bitmap to icon convertor at www.download.com and it worked a treat :)
