you can turn off sounds in IE, but you cant turn them down..
as both IE and Realplayer are controlled by the WAV volume in the audio control panel..

    Any good?

yep, that's what you're stuck with..

As far as Windows is concerned, any sound other than CD Audio is played through the wav mixer, so if you turn the volume down it turns everything down.

All you can do is turn off sounds alltogether in IE while you've got the radio on..
