I am currently with Tiscali for my ISP, with the 156k broadband package (unlimited downloads).

I am looking into changing over to plus.net but I am not sure what Giga bytes to go for.

Is there some software that I can monitor my current internet and download traffic, to see roughly how much I am currently using a month, so I can choose the correct package that suits me best when I change over.

    Thanks for any help :)

I use DU meter just to have a vague idea of how fast my downloads and uploads are running. Really awesome program but i have a feeling you have to buy it. If so and you dont want to pay then try searching download.com for 'download meter' im sure youll turn up plenty
