How can I get more than one magic eye to work on SkyHD

I need to use three !

Need one in same room as the SkyHD (as an extender)

Then need one in Bedroom and one in TV room

Now try as we might if we have one connected to the Sky box and then run RF cable to another Magic Eye the light on the second magic eye does not light up

If we remove the Magic Eye from the Sky Box and connect an RF cable to the DC out and then a magic eye to that it works

There must be a way of getting more than one ? or not ?

I ordered one of these to put where the two RFs in the attic will split (one going to magic eye and TV in Bedroom, one doing same for TV in cinema room)

Will I need two though and split the cable at the Sky box as well ?

Guess should really describe what I am trying to do better

Have one magic eye pluged directly into SkyHD box
From this magic eye have a 10 meter RF cable running to the attic
In the attic split the RF cable to 2 strands of 4 meters
At the end of each of these 4 meters have a magic eye

If I have Magic Eye connected directly to Sky box and nothing else - WORKS
If I have RF cable connected to Sky box and then magic eye at end of that - Works
If I have magic eye at sky box, RF cable connected to that and another Magic eye onto that - DOES NOT WORK

I have smilier but the RF cable from the box goes into a booster in the loft, then the RF then goes to other TVs and all magic eyes work

Hi

Have a look here Link this shows how you connect tv links eyes, if connecting more than one eye you should use a amplifer (some will say to use a splitter) if so it must be power passing in both directions.

Hope this helps,

Vic

Yes it will work but you will only have two outputs not the three that you want

If you want more than 2 have a look at these they are available from maplin and are on the same page as the extender in your link.
