I'm looking to attach the following speaker cable to the wall from the surround speaker to the ground:

    QED Ultra-flat Qontour UF

I was thinking of using Prit pads or something along the same lines as these cables are so small. Is there any better way to do this?

Are you looking for something that can be removed easily at a later date and won't leave much of a mark? If not then No More Nails is great.

Depending upon how wide it is you could use cable grips from B&Q etc. You will see them obviously, but might not be that intrusive.
