Hotbird...what can you tell me ?

    I was going to get a seperate box and using the sky dish receive satisfaction via the astra satellite, cost would be about £300 with 12 months subscription.

    Since then ive thought about getting another dish and receiving hotbird, can anyone give me some details about channels on this satellite and anything else i may need to know, as i know nothing !

    Have a search there will be loads of sites listing Hot Bird channels available mate try links on satalogue and satcure sites.

    Buy What Satellite Magazine. Should explain all. For impartial *(well they are dealers but you know what I mean) try the dealers TurboSat.

    What do you want to watch ?

    The best all round bet will likely be 30°W. This will get you films, premier league football and if you are so inclined material of a more adult nature.
