Hi

My phone master socket is at the front of the house but the Tv etc is at the back - common problem.

The router position is fine at the front, but I'd like the phone to be at the back. Is it possible to use a Homeplug to move the phone to the back of the house?

Thanks

Alan

No - HomePlug doesn't convey analogue voice, only digital data.

As well as considering a cordless DECT handset, if you want an additional phone socket, you need to physically install an extension. There might be "something else" that lets you tunnel phone over the mains, but it won't be HomePlug/Powerline data communications technology unless you get into VOIP which adds another level of complexity and expense.
