    has anyone tried to fit a homecinema in a room 8foot wide and 10 foot long please help

    its going to be a 42 inch plasma

    I don't see any problems fitting the plasma into that size room, excpet it may appear a bit small on the wall :) Sound should be pretty good too providing you don't have the volume so loud that the audio is bouncing all over the place.

    Have you considered something like a projector? It will give a bigger image than the pj, and look far more cinematice too. You could fit it on the ceiling and make a DIY screen for under £30. PJs can cost under £1000 for a good quality model - checkout the pj forum for more info. They're pretty easy to set-up - plug and play mostly, though you can tweak if you want.
